OCEAN PLAZA WAS BUILT IN 2001 on North Carolina's Outer Banks.  The building is 15,671 square feet total with 14,561 of leasable space and consists of 9 units that range in size from 1400 to 2900 square feet.  There are no Common Area Maintenance fees assessed at this site, all grounds keeping (which has won Kitty Hawk's Beautification Award from the Town of Kitty Hawk!), exterior maintenance and lighting as well as parking lot maintenance are included in the base monthly rent.

Unit 6 is leased to Max's Stone Fired Pizza Company and they are open for lunch and dinner and also has free delivery.  Max's has great pizza by the slice, salads, calzones and sandwiches.  Eat in or take out available.  Casual, comfortable dinning in a family atmosphere, great place to take the kids!
